Caroline Turner earned her Juris Doctorate from Columbia Law School in 2016, after obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from American University in 2013. At Columbia Law School, Ms. Turner was designated a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar for academic accomplishment and won the E. Allan Farnsworth annual competition for note writing. She authored a published article, A Path Toward an Increased Role for the United States in Patent Infringement Litigation, 14 CHI.-KENT J. INTELL. PROP. 485 (2015), and a note, Implementing and Defending the Indian Child Welfare Act Through Revised State Requirements, 49 COLUM. J.L. & SOC. PROB. 501 (2016), was Bluebook Editor of the Columbia Science and Technology Law Review, and was a teaching fellow.
Prior to joining Koster, Brady & Nagler, LLP, Ms. Turner was an associate at a New York City employment law firm and a New York City commercial litigation boutique. Ms. Turner concentrates on the defense of medical malpractice, property damage, motor vehicle accidents, and other general liability matters.
Ms. Turner is admitted to practice in the State of New York, as well as in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
