Danielle Pomeraniec received her Juris Doctor degree from University of Miami School of Law in 2007 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Vassar College in 2004. Most recently, Ms. Pomeraniec earned a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property Law from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2016.
Prior to joining Koster, Brady & Nagler, Ms. Pomeraniec was an associate at a Manhattan law firm where she litigated securities, commercial, and employment matters. Ms. Pomeraniec has also served as an Assistant State Attorney with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office where she prosecuted misdemeanor and felony cases in adult and juvenile courts.
Ms. Pomeraniec specializes in the defense of medical malpractice claims at the firm.
Ms. Pomeraniec is admitted to practice law before the Courts of the States of New York, Connecticut, and Florida, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. She is also a certified information privacy professional (CIPP/US).
