Mr. Di Leo is an associate attorney at the firm’s New Jersey office. He received a Juris Doctor degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2014, with high honors for his pro bono activities. Mr. Di Leo received a Master’s degree in Health Sciences from New Jersey City University in 2011. Mr. Di Leo received a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology from Miami University of Ohio in 2009. While attending law school, he served as the judicial intern to the Honorable William A. Daniel, J.S.C. in the criminal division of New Jersey Superior Court, vicinage XII (Union County).
After graduating from law school, Mr. Di Leo served as the law clerk to the Honorable William A. Daniel, J.S.C., the presiding judge of the Union County Drug Court program, the Union County Pre-Trial Intervention program, and the Union County Mental Health Court. After completing his clerkship, Mr. Di Leo spent several months practicing criminal, municipal, and family law as a solo practitioner prior to joining Koster, Brady & Nagler LLP in 2016. Since joining Koster, Brady & Nagler, Mr. Di Leo has practiced in the field of general civil litigation, focusing on personal injury, automobile liability, premises liability, and construction defect.
Mr. Di Leo is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
