Mr. Nagler is a senior partner of the firm. He graduated magna cum laude from Pace University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor in 1986. He finished fourth in his class and served as an editor of the Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree in psychology from Adelphi University in 1981.He is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut and actively practices in both the State and Federal courts.
After graduation, Mr. Nagler spent four years as an Assistant District Attorney at the prestigious Manhattan District Attorney’s office. He conducted grand jury investigations that lead to felony indictments, supervised police investigations and prosecuted gang members on behalf of a special departmental unit. Having successfully tried numerous felony cases, he earned a reputation as a tenacious trial attorney. He entered private practice in 1991, joining the Wall Street law firm of Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander and Ferdon. While there, he was a member of a litigation team defending the Nintendo/Atari anti-trust litigation and the Multi-State Attorneys General price-fixing proceedings.
He joined Koster, Brady & Nagler, LLP as an Associate in 1993 and became a member of the firm in 1997. He represents both major corporations and individual practitioners. He specializes in medical malpractice, professional and products liability, construction, toxic torts, premises and general liability matters . During his tenure at the firm he has won jury verdicts in medical malpractice, products liability, civil rights, construction, premises and general liability cases in both state and federal court.
